We take open-communion every first weekend of the month during our services. Open communion means that if you believe in Jesus Christ, even if you don’t go to HT every weekend, we encourage you to take communion with us. And we hope you do!
In Matthew 26, Jesus tells his disciples to take the bread and the cup as a symbol of the sacrifice He made so that we could be forgiven. We do the same today in remembrance of Jesus’ victory over sin and death. It’s a time to forgive others and be thankful for being forgiven.
To learn more about what the scriptures have to say on this topic, read Matthew 26:26-28 and 1 Corinthians 11:26.
In 1 Samuel 1:26-28, we read about a woman named Hannah committing her child’s life to the Lord. We believe that this act is as much a blessing on a child’s life as it is the parents’ commitment to see their child raised to believe in Jesus Christ. We would be honored to take this step with you and your family.

The Bible mentions in Genesis 2:24 that when a man and woman are united together, they become one. This is an important and incredibly life changing decision, and we’d love to be a part of the process!
